Special events coming up!

MITTEN AND SOCK TREE!

To celebrate the season of giving, the Wilbraham Public Library will again feature a Mitten Tree, which will be decorated with your donations of gloves, mittens, hats and scarves for children and adults. This year we will also collect new socks for families in need. All donations must be new and brought to the library for the tree between Nov. 17 and Dec. 15. After that time, all donated items will be brought to the Community Survival Center for distribution. Please help us try to keep everyone warm this winter!

Read to Cadence”

Kids ages 5 and up, will be able to sign up for a 10 minute slot to read to her friendly, furry, companion. Kids are asked to bring a picture book to read or a couple pages from a chapter book. This program is designed to help kids gain confidence and reduce anxiety about reading.

Sat. Dec. 1 , sign ups start Mon. Nov. 19

Please call the front desk on the registration date or stop in to sign up.
