Read to Cadence

Megan Marshall, a volunteer, from Bright Spot Reading Buddies, will be offering her services by bringing her dog Cadence to the library to have children read to her! Open to kids in grades K - 5. Sign-up online for a 10 minute time slot. Kids are asked to bring a picture book to read. Nov. 4 at 3:30 p.m. To register select your desired time slot.

Learn How to Play Ukulele

Join Julie Stepanak, to learn how to play ukulele! Julie brings ukuleles for the students to use during the program. This program is for kids ages 8-12. Registration required. Nov. 7 at 3:00 p.m. Register Here

 

Graphic Novel Book Club

Do you love Dogman and Bad Guys? Me Too! Join our book club to discover more graphic novel titles you're sure to love! This program is best suited for children in grades 2-5. Each month will feature a new graphic novel title. We will meet to talk about the book, maybe make a craft or play a game and most of all, have some fun! Registration required. Family Storytime - Celebrate Thanksgiving

Celebrate the joy of being grateful with stories, songs, and activities for the entire family! Join Mrs. B to read, sing, and play together in a format appropriate for young children. Older siblings welcome. No registration required. Nov. 16 at 10:00 a.m.

Grow, Play, Learn November Session

Come join Grow, Play, Learn at Wilbraham Public Library with Nicole Landry. This playgroup will include a storytime curriculum, fun play activities and the Ages and Stages Questionnaire. This program is geared for children birth through age five with a caregiver. November session dates include Nov. 5, 12, 19 at 9:30 a.m. Register Here

 

You, Me & We with Ms. Jennifer

This playgroup is designed to support children ages 3-5 years old, and their caregiver, in developing and practicing social-emotional skills. Each week, we will be focusing and learning about a concept to support your child's social-emotional learning. Curriculum include; Learning to understand and manage feelings, learning about others, learning to follow directions, take turns and problem solve. 6 week session Nov. 8, 15, 22, ( no class 11/29) Dec. 6, 13, 20 ( no class 12/27) at 10:30 a.m. Register Here
